CANCELLATION POLICIES

Reservations will be fully refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in without any penalty. Except in the cases described below:


1st CANCELLATION within 7 days from the date of purchase made through websites or telephone, cancellation will be possible at no cost to the customer, as determined by the Consumer Protection Code, except for the policy regarding cancellation in high season, holidays, Christmas and new year's eve (Exception 02).

Note: Any communication regarding the reservation (change of dates, cancellation, change in the number of people, delays, etc.) reservas@atlanticpalace.com.br. Verbal communication will not be accepted.


Exceptions 01:

2nd CANCELLATION BEFORE 30 DAYS OF THE EXPECTED CHECK IN DATE: Free.

ALTERNATIVE: If the customer is interested in keeping the reservation, he can replace it with credit in the same amount in another period, usable for 12 consecutive months, from the date of reservation, at no additional cost, always observing the rate charged in the period that if you choose the new booking. If the client is not interested, he can transfer it to someone else, also at no additional cost.


3rd CANCELLATION BETWEEN 29 AND 21 DAYS BEFORE THE EXPECTED CHECK IN DATE: 50% cancellation fee.


4th CANCELLATION BETWEEN 20 TO 8 DAYS BEFORE THE EXPECTED CHECK IN DATE: 70% penalty for cancellation.


5th CANCELLATION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EXPECTED CHECK IN DATE: 100% FINE


6th NO SHOW: 100% fine - "No show" is defined as non-attendance for check-in on the date and time indicated in the reservation. In cases of no-show for check-in, a 100% fine will be applied. To avoid the “no show” in case of travel delay or any difficulties, the customer must use the website used for the reservation to communicate the event.


7th REFUND OF VALUES The refund of amounts referring to the cancellation will be carried out in the same way as the purchase was made, that is, if payment in cash, it will be returned in cash or credit to the account, if it occurs by credit card, the return will occur via the credit card administrator. credit used for purchase.


Exceptions 02:

# CANCELLATIONS (New Year's Eve, Carnival and Other Extended Holidays). For cancellation of reservations made for the period indicated above (holidays), considering that it is a season with reservations made in advance due to high demand, the following fees will be considered:


# CANCELLATION WITH 30 days or more from the scheduled check-in date: 10% .


# CANCELLATION between 29 and 21 days from the scheduled check-in date: 30%.


# CANCELLATION between 20 and 8 days from the scheduled check-in date: 70%.


# CANCELLATION within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date: 100%.


# EARLY DEPARTURE: There will be no refunds for unused nights. In cases of early departure, no discount will be granted, unless agreed between the parties, at the discretion of direct negotiation with the company.


Deposit / Guarantee Policies - 100% of the total amount of accommodation will be transferred to your credit card at the time of booking, as requested in installments;


- Minimum installment amount: Reservations from R$1,500.00.


- Maximum number of installments: Up to 6 installments, at the discretion of the reservation value.


- By proceeding with the reservation, you will be authorizing the hotel to charge 100% of the reservation amount on your credit card, according to the payment policy, so that the reservation is confirmed.


If the charge is not authorized by your credit card, the hotel may cancel your reservation.


To avoid canceling the reservation, the guest must immediately indicate a new credit card to complete the reservation, under penalty of immediate cancellation due to non-authorization.


- High season period, Holidays, Christmas and New Year's Eve in case of customer withdrawal, (NO SHOW) will be charged 100% of the stay.

Our pricing policies are the most traditional and known worldwide, and certainly the ideal FOR THOSE WHO ARE ORGANIZED.

1. SUPPLY AND DEMAND POLICY. The more demand, the higher the price, as well as, the less demand, the lower the price, and basically they are divided into:

- HIGH SEASON: comprises from 01/07 to 31/07 and 15/12 to 28/02 and holidays.

- LOW SEASON: 01/08 to 14/12 and 01/03 to 30/06.

2. ADVANCED PURCHASE POLICY: In the same way as with aviation (the sooner you buy, the cheaper it is), so are our prices. There are staggered discounts according to the anticipation of the hosting date. This is one of the best practices, if you organize yourself in advance. Surely your vacation will cost a lot cheaper.

3. STAY POLICY: We also have the policy of extended stay which consists of lower prices in relation to the number of nights you will be staying. The more days, the lower the Daily rate.
